A 58-year-old man from Dalrymple has been found not guilty after being accused of showing a sexual video to a 12-year-old boy at a South Ayrshire secondary school.
Thomas McNeillie faced one charge alleging that he intentionally caused the child to look at a sexual image at the school. The secondary school was named in the complaint, although its name is not included in the supplied report.
Case heard at Ayr Sheriff Court
The allegation concerned an incident said to have taken place on August 22 last year. The boy was also named in court papers, according to the report.
