Harbour Ayrshire’s annual Legends Sleep Out will bring people together at Dam Park in Ayr for a full day of activities followed by a night under the stars, with money raised supporting those affected by addiction and trauma.
The fundraiser will take place on Saturday, September 19. Individuals, businesses and supporters from across Ayrshire are being encouraged to form teams and take part in the event.

The charity supports people and families facing addiction, trauma and related challenges. The event will include opportunities for participants to connect, as well as activities throughout the day before the overnight fundraising challenge.
A Harbour Ayrshire spokesman said: “Let’s pull together as a team and get prepared for a cracking day of unity, togetherness, teamwork and fundraising, followed by a night under the stars.
“This is your chance to shine, get involved and give back to charity.
“We need all of you to make this one truly special.”
Event held in memory of two charity supporters
This year’s Legends Sleep Out is also being held in memory of John Gilardi and David Hughes, who the charity said played a significant role in its journey. The event will celebrate their legacy and contributions to Harbour Ayrshire.
