More than 30 missing children were reunited with their parents and carers during the International Ayr Show in Ayr.
The family reunions took place across the festival on Friday, September 4, and Saturday, September 5, with support from youth and adult volunteers involved in the Police Scotland Youth Volunteers scheme.
How volunteers helped at the Ayr show
Volunteers marshalled along the flight line and handed out wristbands to help identify children who became separated from their families. They also helped reunite visitors with lost property.
Police Scotland Ayrshire said the volunteers carried out their responsibilities with care, compassion and professionalism.
Officials thanked everyone involved for their teamwork and support throughout the festival.
